GRADIFY users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

When a deletion request is verified, GRADIFY may delete or de-identify account-related data such as:
Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, contractual, school, organizational, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, or legitimate business purposes.
If an account is connected to a school, nonprofit, employer, youth program, or other participating organization, GRADIFY may need to coordinate deletion with that organization before completing the request.
Data retained for these purposes will be limited to what is necessary and handled according to GRADIFY’s privacy practices.
GRADIFY will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable period of time. Verified deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days unless additional time is required for legal, security, organizational, or compliance reasons.
