GRADIFY Account Deletion

GRADIFY users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your GRADIFY account and associated data, email: admin@gradify.io

Please include:

• Your full name
• The email address or username associated with your GRADIFY account
• The school, organization, or program connected to your account, if applicable
• A clear statement that you are requesting account deletion

Example request: “I am requesting deletion of my GRADIFY account and associated personal data.”

What data may be deleted

When a deletion request is verified, GRADIFY may delete or de-identify account-related data such as:

• Account profile information
• Student profile information
• Career pathway activity
• Assessment responses
• Saved goals or planning data
• Uploaded documents or account-linked files
• App usage data connected to the account

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, contractual, school, organizational, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, or legitimate business purposes.

If an account is connected to a school, nonprofit, employer, youth program, or other participating organization, GRADIFY may need to coordinate deletion with that organization before completing the request.

Data retained for these purposes will be limited to what is necessary and handled according to GRADIFY’s privacy practices.

Processing time

GRADIFY will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable period of time. Verified deletion requests are generally processed within 30 days unless additional time is required for legal, security, organizational, or compliance reasons.
