These SMS Terms describe how GRADIFY (GRADIFY Technologies Incorporated) sends text messages when you opt in. They supplement our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
GRADIFY may send service-related SMS such as account notifications, reminders, and messages you request through the platform or an authorized school program. Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences.
We send SMS only after consent is provided through a documented opt-in method (for example, a web form, a keyword reply, or written authorization through a school or program). Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from GRADIFY related to your account, reminders, or services you requested. Message and data rates may apply.
Minors. Where the intended recipient is under the age of majority in their state, consent must be provided by a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult, not by the minor. We do not knowingly send SMS to a minor without such consent.
